Une vue d’ensemble immédiate

Les couleurs remontent des tâches jusqu’aux projets : la liste des projets indique à elle seule où porter votre attention.

Aucune information perdue

Les pistes abandonnées restent visibles en rouge, avec leurs motifs. Les notes conservent leurs versions antérieures.

Le contexte au plus près du travail

Chaque tâche dispose de ses notes, de ses pièces jointes et de son historique : la justification d’une décision reste à portée de main.

Le travail se déroule normalement.

Le vert ne signifie pas « terminé » : sur une ligne de production, un voyant vert indique que le poste fonctionne, et non qu’il est à l’arrêt.

Bloqué
Orange
Un blocage temporaire.

L’état le plus important au quotidien : une seule tâche orange suffit à faire passer sa tâche parente et son projet à l’orange.

Abandonné
Rouge
Cette piste n’aboutit pas.

Mise de côté avec ses motifs, pour être reprise dans un contexte plus favorable. Le rouge constitue une mémoire, pas un échec.

Un cas concret

Un an plus tard, les motifs sont toujours documentés.

L’approche A, une mise à jour en place, a corrompu les données de test. Elle est passée à l’orange le temps de l’analyse, puis au rouge, motifs à l’appui. L’approche B a pris le relais et le projet est repassé au vert.

Lors de la migration suivante, une recherche sur « mise à jour en place » retrouve l’approche A. Vous relisez les raisons de son abandon, vérifiez si l’éditeur a corrigé le ticket 1182, et décidez en quelques minutes.

Une tâche supprimée ne transmet plus aucun enseignement.

Installation sous Windows
01Programme d’installation. Exécutez AndonSetup.exe. Andon s’installe pour votre seul compte utilisateur : aucun droit d’administrateur n’est donc demandé. Andon démarre à l’issue de l’installation.
02Version portable. Décompressez l’archive ZIP à l’emplacement de votre choix et lancez Andon.UI.exe. Aucune installation n’est nécessaire ; les données sont toutefois enregistrées dans le dossier indiqué ci-dessous, et non à côté du programme.
Emplacement des données
%AppData%\Andon
Les deux versions utilisent ce dossier : bases de données, sous-dossier backups, données des extensions et fichier crash.log. Pour l’ouvrir, collez ce chemin dans la barre d’adresse de l’Explorateur. Les pièces jointes étant stockées dans les bases, une copie de ce dossier suffit à tout sauvegarder.
Éditeur de notes. Il repose sur le composant Microsoft Edge WebView2, déjà présent sur la plupart des postes Windows 10 et 11. En son absence, l’onglet Notes propose un lien de téléchargement.
Mises à jour. Elles s’effectuent depuis les Préférences, pour le programme d’installation comme pour la version portable.
Désinstallation. Paramètres › Applications › Andon › Désinstaller. Le dossier de données est conservé en vue d’une éventuelle réinstallation.

01Installez les bibliothèques requises (Debian, Ubuntu et distributions dérivées) :

À partir d’Ubuntu 24.04, le paquet FUSE se nomme libfuse2t64. Le moteur Chromium utilisé par l’éditeur est fourni.
02AppImage. Rendez le fichier exécutable, puis lancez-le :

03Archive tar.gz, qui ne nécessite pas FUSE : décompressez-la, puis lancez Andon.UI depuis le dossier obtenu :

Emplacement des données

Bases de données, sauvegardes, données des extensions et crash.log. Une copie de ce dossier suffit à tout sauvegarder.
Mises à jour. L’AppImage se met à jour depuis les Préférences. L’archive tar.gz ne se met pas à jour automatiquement : téléchargez la nouvelle version sur cette page.
Désinstallation. Supprimez le fichier AppImage ou le dossier de l’archive. Le dossier de données est conservé.

Ajoute un onglet Diagramme à chaque tâche, propulsé par un éditeur draw.io intégré. Chaque tâche conserve son propre diagramme, enregistré automatiquement pendant l'édition.

易經 Yi Jingv2.0.2

Consultez l’oracle Yi Jing depuis n’importe quelle tâche. Tire un hexagramme selon la méthode traditionnelle à 3 pièces et enregistre la lecture — glyphe, nom et jugement — directement dans les notes de la tâche.

Requiert Andon 1.8.5+

Installation manuelle : créez un sous-dossier dans %AppData%\Andon\plugins, copiez-y le fichier .dll, puis redémarrez Andon.
